Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to support both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. They feature a self-aligning capability that allows for automatic correction of deflection in the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing the application of excessive force. Incorporating a newly developed heat stabilization process, these bearings can efficiently operate at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Additionally, the bearings can accommodate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2° under general service conditions.
