Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to sustain both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, featuring a self-aligning capability that automatically corrects deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, preventing the application of excessive force. They incorporate a newly developed heat stabilization process, allowing for normal function at operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. The maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2° under general service conditions, making these bearings suitable for a variety of demanding applications.
