Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to endure both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, making them suitable for various applications. They feature a self-aligning capability that allows for automatic correction of shaft or housing deflection and misalignment, thereby preventing excessive force application. The bearings are developed using a heat stabilization process that ensures reliable function at operating temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
