Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to withstand heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, with a self-aligning feature that automatically corrects for shaft deflection, housing issues, or misalignment of axes, thus preventing excessive force application. The bearings utilize Nachi's newly developed heat stabilization process, allowing them to function effectively at operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) while maintaining minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
