NACHI spherical roller bearings are designed to accommodate both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. They feature a self-aligning capability that effectively corrects deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, preventing the application of excessive force. These bearings have undergone a newly developed heat stabilization process, enabling them to maintain optimal functionality at operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no compromise on bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
