Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to sustain both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. They incorporate a self-aligning feature that automatically corrects deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thus preventing excessive force application. The bearings are equipped with a newly developed heat stabilization process, enabling them to operate effectively at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Additionally, these bearings can accommodate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2° under general service conditions.
