NACHI spherical roller bearings are designed to sustain both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. The self-aligning feature allows for automatic correction of shaft deflection, housing misalignment, or axis misalignment, thereby preventing the application of excessive force. NACHI's innovative heat stabilization process enables these bearings to maintain normal function at operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
