Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to withstand heavy radial and axial loads in both directions. They feature a self-aligning capability that automatically corrects deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing excessive force application. The bearings are manufactured using a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows them to function effectively at operating temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Additionally, these bearings can accommodate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2° under general service conditions.
