Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to sustain both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. They feature a self-aligning capability that automatically corrects for shaft deflection, housing misalignment, or axis misalignment, preventing the application of excessive force. The newly developed heat stabilization process allows these bearings to operate effectively at temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
