Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to support both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. They feature a self-aligning mechanism that automatically corrects deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing the application of excessive force. The bearings utilize a newly developed heat stabilization process, allowing them to function effectively at operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) while ensuring minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
