Nachi spherical roller bearings with the suffix -V are specifically designed for vibratory applications, such as crushers and vibrating screens, and are engineered to prevent retainer breakage. These bearings utilize a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows them to function effectively in operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F), while maintaining minimal dimensional changes and ensuring no reduction in bearing life. The bearings feature special radial clearance and controlled tolerances, with P6 on the outer diameter and P5 on the bore, along with meticulous attention to the retainer to accommodate these demanding applications. Additionally, they can withstand a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2° under general service conditions.
