Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to support both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. They feature a self-aligning capability that automatically corrects shaft deflection, housing irregularities, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing excessive force application. These bearings are enhanced by Nachi's newly developed heat stabilization process, allowing them to operate efficiently at temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and without compromising bearing life. The maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2° under typical service conditions, ensuring reliability in various applications.
