Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to withstand substantial radial and axial loads in both directions. They incorporate a self-aligning feature that allows for automatic correction of shaft deflection, housing, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing the application of excessive force. These bearings have been enhanced with a newly developed heat stabilization process, enabling them to maintain normal operation at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, these bearings can accommodate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2°.
