Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to sustain both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. The self-aligning feature allows for automatic correction of deflection in the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, which prevents the application of excessive force. These bearings utilize a newly developed heat stabilization process that enables normal function in operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Additionally, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2° under general service conditions, ensuring reliable performance in various applications.
