Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to withstand both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. Their self-aligning feature allows for automatic correction of deflection in the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, preventing the application of excessive force. The bearings are enhanced by Nachi's newly developed heat stabilization process, which enables normal functioning at operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
