NACHI spherical roller bearings are designed to sustain both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, featuring a self-aligning capability that corrects deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing excessive force in applications. They utilize a newly developed heat stabilization process, allowing them to operate effectively at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Additionally, these bearings can accommodate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2° under general service conditions, ensuring reliable performance across various applications.
