Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to support both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. They feature a self-aligning capability that automatically corrects deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing excessive force application. This innovative design is complemented by Nachi's newly developed heat stabilization process, which allows for normal operation in temperatures reaching up to 200°C (392°F) while ensuring minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Additionally, these bearings can accommodate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2° under general service conditions.
