NACHI spherical roller bearings are designed to support both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. They feature a self-aligning capability that automatically corrects for shaft deflection, housing issues, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing the application of excessive force. The bearings are produced using a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows them to maintain normal functionality at operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no decrease in bearing life. Under typical service conditions, NACHI spherical roller bearings can accommodate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2°.
