NACHI spherical roller bearings are designed to handle both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. Their self-aligning feature automatically corrects shaft deflection, housing misalignment, or axis misalignment, preventing the application of excessive force. These bearings utilize a newly developed heat stabilization process, enabling them to function effectively at operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
