Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to accommodate both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, featuring a self-aligning capability that allows for automatic correction of shaft deflection, housing misalignment, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing the application of excessive force. These bearings utilize Nachi's newly developed heat stabilization process, which enables normal operation at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
