Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to support both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, offering a self-aligning feature that automatically corrects deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing the application of excessive force. The bearings incorporate a newly developed heat stabilization process, allowing them to function effectively in operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
