Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to handle both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. They feature a self-aligning capability that automatically corrects deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing the application of excessive force. These bearings are enhanced by Nachi's newly developed heat stabilization process, allowing them to function normally at operating temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
