NACHI spherical roller bearings are designed to sustain both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. They feature a self-aligning capability that allows for automatic correction of shaft deflection, housing misalignment, or axes misalignment, thereby preventing excessive force application. With NACHI's newly developed heat stabilization process, these bearings can operate effectively at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and without compromising bearing life. The maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2° under general service conditions, ensuring reliable performance.
