Nachi spherical roller bearings with suffix -V are specifically designed for vibratory applications, ensuring durability and reliability without retainer breakage, making them suitable for use in crushers, vibrating screens, and similar equipment. These bearings incorporate a newly developed heat stabilization process, allowing them to function effectively in operating temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) while experiencing minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. They feature a special radial clearance and controller tolerance of P6 on the outer diameter and P5 on the bore, as well as enhanced retainer design to meet the demands of these applications. Additionally, these bearings can accommodate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2° under general service conditions.
