Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to support both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. They feature a self-aligning capability that allows for the automatic correction of shaft deflection, housing variations, or misalignment of axes, thus preventing excessive force application. These bearings utilize a newly developed heat stabilization process enabling them to operate effectively at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and without compromising bearing life. Under general service conditions, they can accommodate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2°.
