Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to support both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, offering a self-aligning feature that can automatically correct for shaft deflection, housing variations, or misalignment of axes, thus preventing the application of excessive force. These bearings are enhanced by Nachi's newly developed heat stabilization process, allowing them to operate effectively at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) while experiencing minimal dimensional changes and maintaining bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
