NACHI spherical roller bearings are designed to support both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, and they feature a self-aligning capability that automatically corrects for shaft deflection, housing irregularities, or axis misalignment, thus preventing excessive force application. These bearings are manufactured using a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows them to operate effectively at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, NACHI spherical roller bearings can accommodate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2°.
