Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to sustain both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, featuring a self-aligning capability that automatically corrects for deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thus preventing the application of excessive force. These bearings incorporate a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows for normal function in operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
