Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to sustain both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, featuring a self-aligning capability that automatically corrects for shaft deflection, housing misalignment, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing the application of excessive force. These bearings incorporate a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows for normal function at operating temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Additionally, they can tolerate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2° under general service conditions.
