Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to withstand both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, making them robust and reliable for various applications. They incorporate a self-aligning feature that automatically corrects for deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing the application of excessive force. The bearings are produced using Nachi's newly developed heat stabilization process, which allows them to maintain normal functionality at operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Additionally, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2° under general service conditions, ensuring durability and performance in demanding environments.
