Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to support both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, effectively accommodating deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes through their self-aligning feature, which helps prevent excessive force application. These bearings utilize a newly developed heat stabilization process, enabling them to maintain normal function in operating temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and without reducing bearing life. Furthermore, they can tolerate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2° under general service conditions, ensuring reliable performance in various applications.
