Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to sustain both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, making them suitable for various applications. These bearings feature a self-aligning capability that automatically corrects deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, preventing the application of excessive force. With a newly developed heat stabilization process, Nachi bearings can operate effectively at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) while experiencing minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°, ensuring reliable performance.
