NACHI spherical roller bearings are designed to accommodate both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, featuring a self-aligning capability that automatically corrects deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing excessive force application. These bearings utilize a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows for normal operation at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. The maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2° under general service conditions, ensuring reliable performance in various applications.
