NACHI spherical roller bearings are designed to handle both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, featuring a self-aligning capability that automatically corrects for shaft deflection, housing misalignment, or axis misalignment, thereby preventing excessive force application. The newly developed heat stabilization process enables these bearings to maintain normal functionality at operating temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Additionally, the bearings can accommodate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2° under general service conditions.
