Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to support heavy radial and axial loads in both directions. The self-aligning feature allows for automatic correction of deflection in the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, preventing excessive force application. With a newly developed heat stabilization process, these bearings maintain normal operation at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F), exhibiting minimal dimensional changes and preserving bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
