Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to support both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. They feature a self-aligning capability that automatically corrects shaft, housing, or axis misalignment, thereby preventing the application of excessive force. The bearings are enhanced by Nachi’s newly developed heat stabilization process, allowing them to function effectively in operating temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Additionally, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2° under general service conditions, ensuring reliable performance in various applications.
