NACHI spherical roller bearings are designed to sustain both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. They feature a self-aligning capability that automatically corrects deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, preventing the application of excessive force. These bearings utilize a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows for normal operation at temperatures reaching up to 200°C (392°F) while maintaining minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. The maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2° under general service conditions.
