Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to handle both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. They feature a self-aligning capability that corrects for deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, which prevents the application of excessive force. These bearings utilize a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows them to maintain normal function in operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) while experiencing minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Additionally, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2° under general service conditions.
