Nachi spherical roller bearings with suffix -V are designed for vibratory applications, such as crushers and vibrating screens, without the risk of retainer breakage. The bearings incorporate a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows them to operate effectively at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) while experiencing minimal dimensional changes and maintaining bearing life. Key features include special radial clearance, controlled tolerance (P6 on outer diameter and P5 on bore), and meticulous attention to the retainer design to meet the demands of these specific applications. Additionally, the bearings can accommodate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2° under general service conditions.
