Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to sustain both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, providing enhanced durability and reliability. The self-aligning feature enables automatic correction of deflection in the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, which prevents the application of excessive force. These bearings are engineered with a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows for normal operation in temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. The maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2° under general service conditions, ensuring optimal performance in various applications.
