NACHI spherical roller bearings are designed to accommodate both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, providing a self-aligning feature that corrects deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thus preventing excessive force application. The bearings incorporate a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows for normal functionality at operating temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
