Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to withstand heavy radial and axial loads in both directions and feature a self-aligning capability that automatically corrects deflection of the shaft or housing, minimizing the application of excessive force. These bearings utilize a newly developed heat stabilization process that enables them to function effectively at operating temperatures up to 200°C (392°F), while maintaining minimal dimensional changes and ensuring no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
