Nachi spherical roller bearings are engineered to withstand both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. They incorporate a self-aligning feature that automatically corrects for deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing the application of excessive force. The bearings are manufactured using a newly developed heat stabilization process, allowing them to maintain normal function in operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
