Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to support both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, featuring a self-aligning capability that corrects deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing the application of excessive force. These bearings utilize a newly developed heat stabilization process that enables them to function effectively at operating temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) while maintaining minimal dimensional changes and without reducing bearing life. Additionally, under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
