NACHI spherical roller bearings are designed to withstand both heavy radial and axial loads in any direction, featuring a self-aligning capability that automatically corrects for shaft deflection, housing variations, or axis misalignment, thereby preventing the application of excessive force. The bearings utilize a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows them to operate effectively at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
