NACHI spherical roller bearings are designed to withstand heavy radial and axial loads in both directions, offering a self-aligning feature that can automatically correct deflections in the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thus preventing excessive force application. These bearings are equipped with a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows them to operate effectively at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and without compromising bearing life. The bearings can accommodate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2° under general service conditions, providing reliable performance in various applications.
