NACHI spherical roller bearings are designed to sustain both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, featuring a self-aligning capability that allows for automatic correction of shaft deflection, housing misalignment, or misalignment of axes to prevent excessive force application. This product incorporates a newly developed heat stabilization process that maintains normal operational functions at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
