NACHI spherical roller bearings are designed to withstand both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, providing a reliable solution for various applications. The self-aligning feature compensates for shaft deflection, housing misalignment, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing the application of excessive force. Through NACHI's newly developed heat stabilization process, these bearings can operate effectively at temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Additionally, the bearings can accommodate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2° under general service conditions, ensuring optimal performance in challenging environments.
