Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to withstand both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, featuring a self-aligning capability that automatically corrects for shaft deflection, housing misalignment, or axis misalignment, thus preventing the application of excessive force. These bearings utilize a newly developed heat stabilization process that enables them to function effectively in operating temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) while ensuring minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, they can accommodate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2°.
