Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to support both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, with a self-aligning feature that corrects deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, preventing excessive force application. These bearings utilize a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows for normal operation in temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) while maintaining minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. The maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2° under general service conditions, ensuring reliable performance in various applications.
